Radiant Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (RECPL) is a professionally managed engineering consultancy and industrial inspection company headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Founded with a mission to deliver reliable, accurate, and cost-effective engineering solutions, RECPL has established itself as a trusted name in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Third Party Inspection (TPI), Structural Stability Audit, Engineering Design & Consultancy, and the supply of material testing instruments.
Our operations are led by Er. Debasish Mishra and supported by Dr. Sarada Prasad Parida (Ph.D., VSSUT Burla), who serves as Expert and Project Head. This blend of industry experience and academic rigour enables RECPL to deliver inspection and consultancy services that meet stringent national and international standards.
RECPL is recognised as a Competent Person under the Factory Act 1948, Sections 28, 29, 31 & Rule 3A, authorising us to inspect and certify boilers, pressure vessels, lifting equipment, and other factory machinery. Our NDT professionals are certified to ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II standards and our lead auditors carry ISO 18001 accreditation.

Ph.D. in Engineering from VSSUT Burla with an M.Tech in Mechanical System Design & Dynamics, 36 published journal articles, 480+ citations, multiple patents, and extensive industrial consultancy experience in structural strength assessment, steel design, and RCC audits.
Er. Rajat Kumar Panda
Site Manager
M.Tech in Heat Power Engineering and experienced CAD/CAM design engineer with proficiency in AutoCAD, UG-NX, CATIA, and ANSYS, supporting design development and site execution.
